The Frederick County Courthouse is located at 100 W. Patrick Street in Frederick, Maryland. The Frederick County Courthouse is home to both the district and circuit courts. The courthouse’s hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm.

There is free parking around the building as well as public transportation in the area.
