Wicomico County Courthouse
Wicomico County Circuit Court is located at 101 North Division Street in Salisbury, Maryland. The parking garage closest to the courthouse can be found on Market Street. Additional metered parking can be located on Division Street and Main Street. There are several dining options located in the area around the courthouse: Flavors of Italy Restaurant, which is only two blocks from the courthouse, and Market Street Restaurant, which is about three blocks away. The courthouse is easily accessible from Route 13, the main North/South highway on the Eastern Shore. Route 13 has fastfood restaurants, gas stations, and convenience stores only five minutes away from the Wicomico County Courthouse.
Wicomico County District Court is located at 201 Baptist Street in Salisbury, Maryland, only one block from Wicomico County Circuit Court. While the free small parking lot in front of the courthouse fills up quickly, a larger metered lot can be found in the back. Please refer to the paragraph above concerning restaurant options.
Cell phones are permitted in the courtrooms of both courthouses as long as they are silenced or turned off.
Unfortunately, there is no public transportation to the Wicomico County Courthouse; however, if you need assistance, Salisbury Taxi is a reliable taxi service.

Travel U.S. Route 50 to Salisbury. As you approach Salisbury, take the BUSINESS Route 50 (designated BUS 50) which will pass through the center of Salisbury. Turn right onto Division Street. At the first stoplight, turn left onto Main Street and the courthouse is immediately on your left.
From the North:
Turn right onto Main Street and the courthouse is on your right just before the stoplight at the end of the street.
From the South:
Turn left onto Main Street and the courthouse is on your right just before the stoplight at the end of the street. See

Metered parking is available on a limited basis on both Main and Division Streets. If you want to park in the parking garage, turn left at the second stoplight after you turn onto Division Street. The garage is on your left.
